Gift card details were emailed over straight away, it was clear and easy to use. I used mine in 2 separate transactions without any issues.
Does the job, but could be prettier
Pro: The gift card was emailed immediately. It has a big red parcel design, a gift code and a QR code for scanning. Con: It looks **** and the code prints small. It would have been nice to have something pretty and gift card sized to print off. Given that the gift card can be over £100 I think a rethink on the design so it's more aesthetically pleasing (or even selling gift cards like the ones you can get in M&S, Amazon etc) would be a good idea. At the moment it looks cheap, even if it wasn't.

I bought a gift card as a gift for my sister
It was easy and she can pick out the shoes or bag that she’d like. It was an easy and quick experience. I love their products!
Perfect gift! It’s so hard to pick just one!
My experience was good. I received an email with the gift card and I forwarded it to the person that I wanted to give it to. I wonder if you could have the option of entering the recepient’s name and sending it to the person directly.
